PESHAWAR: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter is holding a demonstration against the National Accountability Bureau and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government today.
PPP provincial leader Gohar Inqilabi confirmed that his party had decided to hold the demonstration outside the offices of NAB to protest against its unjustified “pressure tactics” against the party leadership. He said the PPP would also protest against the PTI government for not taking action against the ‘corrupt’ ministers.
He added that the protest would be expanded if action against PTI’s corrupt ministers was not taken.
He said that NAB had starting harassing PPP leadership by issuing notices to their leaders, including former provincial minister Ziaullah Afridi, Liaquat Shabab and others.
