PESHAWAR: The police recovered a kidnapped girl and arrested a woman kidnapper, officials said on Sunday. Police said one Samina, 3, went missing after which her father lodged a case with the police. The cops recovered the child on Sunday and arrested an alleged kidnapper identified as Shaheen.
