Meghan Markle breaks into dance in birthday video

Meghan Markle is dancing her heart out on her birthday.

The Duchess of Sussex displays a goofy side of herself in new video from her Montecito home as she turns 45.

Turning to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, the mother-of-two is spotted in her PJs as she dances around birthday balloons.

Meghan wears an all white set for the clip as her shirt reads, “It’s giving Mrs.”

This comes as Meghan Markle speaks about her documentary Cookie Queens.

“When we first saw the teaser several years ago, it was just a few minutes in length and still being put together, but it was very clear that Alysa’s vision as a director was capturing something special,” Meghan tells PEOPLE.

“The music, the cinematography, the honesty. It made both of us laugh out loud and also feel such emotion as parents. We knew we wanted to help uplift this project in any way we could.”

“Even if there’s a storm happening... the sun’s always shining. It’s vital to show both sides because that’s what makes it relatable,” Meghan says of the film
