A dedicated monitoring committee will oversee doctor participation, ensure transparency, and maintain service standards. It was decided that IBPP services would operate daily after 3:00 pm, ensuring smooth coordination between regular duties and private practice. The chairman directed the Pathology Department and the hospital director to immediately resolve issues related to pathology kits to avoid any disruption in diagnostic services.

He further confirmed that the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) and clinical audit functions would be activated soon to strengthen institutional performance.
