Reese Witherspoon has recently urged women to be involved with artificial intelligence (AI) notably in Hollywood.
The actress and producer reflected on AI revolution in the entertainment industry while speaking to Glamour magazine for her upcoming series, The Morning Show promotion.
The Oscar winner opened up that she likes to adapt to new structures and environment as a producer.
Therefore, Reese shared she’s always “looking forward to how media is evolving and how I can help be part of bringing women along in those emerging industries. And now we’re doing it with AI”.
The Sweet Home Alabama actress believed that women should be encourage to use AI because it will be the “future of moviemaking”.
Addressing the critics of AI, Reese said that they “can be sad and lament it all” they want, but the change is here.
“It will never be a lack of creativity and ingenuity and actual physical manual building of things,” continued the 49-year-old.
The Wild actress noted that AI will “always going to be the highest importance in art and in expression of self”.
Elsewhere in the interview, Reese also disclosed the use of AI in her everyday life which includes tools like Perplexity, AI shopping agent Vetted AI so on and so forth.
The Legally Blonde actress gave an example of a blender, saying, if anyone wants to buy a blender, it’ll show “six different blenders and also recommend the best product”.
“I use AI Assistant. Simple AI is an AI assistant that can be really helpful for anyone out there who doesn’t want to make a doctor’s appointment,” she remarked.
Before concluding, Reese added that Simple AI is an “incredible tool to save time”.
