Blake Lively reveals surprising legal update as Justin Baldoni case expands

Blake Lively has issued another update in her ongoing legal drama with Justin Baldoni, involving more subpoenas.

The 37-year-old actress has reportedly subpoenaed Candace Owens, Perez Hilton and Andy Signore in the lawsuit.

The Gossip Girl alum celebrated “total victory” after the Jane the Virgin star’s team decided to not to refile his $400 million lawsuit.

As of now, Lively’s team has decided to subpoena the content creators talking about the lawsuit on their social media platforms, as reported by TMZ,

Responding to the news of subpoena, Owens told People Magazine, “Given the fact that I have not received any subpoena yet, I appreciate Blake’s team leaking this to TMZ to alert me to it.”

She continued, “And, of course, I have not the slightest idea what I am being subpoenaed for as I knew none of these parties when their respective lawsuits were filed. But stay tuned, and I’ll let audiences know on my podcast.”

Owens was dragged into the legal drama when she wrote a post on X which referred to the drama was cited. Although she commented on the lawsuits in her podcast, she clarified that she was “not involved” in the drama.

Similarly, Hilton discussed the Baldoni-Lively legal battle on his social media platforms and was also featured in the March documentary In Dispute: Lively vs. Baldoni documentary.

Signore, for his part has also been commenting on the lawsuit on his YouTube channel.
