PESHAWAR: Leaders of the Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Huqooq Chitral (Movement for the Protection of Chitral’s Rights) have demanded immediate completion of the long-delayed Booni-Buzund Road and called for action against corrupt officials and contractors involved in alleged embezzlement of public funds.
In a press conference at the Peshawar Press Club, Chairman Pir Mukhtar Nabi, said that despite multiple written agreements, protests, and public demands, the Booni-Buzund Road project-initiated in 2010 for Rs 360 million-remained incomplete.
