PESHAWAR: A woman was killed in firing between two groups over a land dispute in Kafoor Dheri on Wednesday.
Heavy firing was reported between two rival groups in the limits of Mathra.
The two parties, the Isakhel tribe and the family of Khans of Kafoor Dheri, have exchanged fire on several occasions in the past claiming several lives.
The two parties have been in a dispute over a huge chunk of property for the last several years. Police did not confirm the death of the woman.
