PESHAWAR: Asif Jalal has successfully defended his PhD thesis at the Department of Management Sciences, City University of Science and Information Technology (CUSIT), Peshawar.
A press release said the thesis topic was “Developing and Validating an Integrated Sustainability Disclosure Index for Pakistan Stock Exchange KSE 100 Listed Firms.”
The research was supervised by Associate Prof Dr Muhammad Asif and approved by academicians from the UK and Malaysia.
The examiners committee comprised Prof Dr Naveed, Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, CUIST, Peshawar; Prof Dr Muhammad Arif Khattak, Bahria University, Islamabad; and Associate Prof Dr Mahboob Ullah of Abasyn University, Peshawar.
CUSIT Vice-Chancellor Dr Nasrullah Khan and Prof Dr Imran Khan of Qurtuba University, Peshawar, were present at the public defence.
