Over 55 prosecutors reshuffled

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakht-unkhwa government on Wednesday reshuffled over 55 senior public prosecutors and district public prosecutors, including two officers in Grade-20.

According to an official notification, District Public Prosecutor Javed Ali Mohmand has been transferred from Charsadda to Peshawar, while District Public Prosecutor Sangeen Shah has been posted to Charsadda from Malakand. Many of the officers have been transferred or appointed following promotions, filling vacant posts across various districts of the province.

In Grade-20, the district public prosecutor of Upper South Waziristan has been appointed as Regional Director Prosecution (RDP) Bannu, while Muhammad Sultan has been appointed as RDP Malakand.

In Grade-19, the reshuffling includes: Gul Waris Khan as DPP Upper South Waziristan; Muhammad Khalid as DPP Khyber; Attaullah Khan DPP Karak; Qasim Farooq as DPP Mansehra; Hussain Ahmad DPP Torghar; Muhammad Younas RDP Hazara; Shehzad Iqbal DPP Kolai Palas; Faheem Khan as DPP Orakzai; Taj Muhammad as SPP Lakki Marwat; Ayaz Zarin DPP Upper Dir; Wajid Ali DPP Malakand; Safatullah as Director, Directorate of Prosecution; Amanullah Khan as DPP Kurram; Noor Salam Khan as DPP North Waziristan; Manzoor Alam Khan SPP ATC Peshawar; Umar Niaz as DPP Hangu; Rafiullah DPP Lower Dir; Waheedullah as SPP ATC Bannu; Latif Khan SPP Anti-Corruption Court Bannu; Kamran Khan Wazir SPP North Waziristan; Atta ur Rehman as SPP Swat; Ahmad Zaib Shah as DPP Lower Chitral; Imran Khan as SPP Swat Zobia Bibi as SPP Mardan, Syed Mohsin Mustafa SPP Mardan.
