CHITRAL: Prime Minister’s Youth Programme’ s Coordinator Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan has said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is taking revolutionary steps for the welfare of youth.

Speaking at the Chitral Youth Convention held here under the auspices of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Rana Mashhood said the Shehbaz Sharif administration was implementing a comprehensive strategy to prepare youth for modern challenges. As part of this initiative, he said, employment opportunities were being provided based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and merit, eliminating the culture of favoritism and influence. “Young people are now being given their rightful place in society with dignity and respect,” he added.

The PMLN leader said that the government had put the country back on the path to prosperity since assuming office last year. He claimed that previous developmental momentum had been deliberately disrupted, but was now being restored through structured planning.

He also pointed out that despite investing billions of rupees in developmental projects in Chitral, the PMLN has historically received disappointing electoral outcomes in the region.Other speakers at the convention included Provincial Youth Programme Coordinator Babar Saleem, party leader Abdul Wali Khan Abid Advocate, former MPA Syed Ahmad Khan and others, who also addressed the gathering.
