KP literature moot starts today

PESHAWAR: A two-day provincial conference on “Adbiat-e-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Ma’asir Tanazur” will take place at the Academy of Letters regional office in Hayatabad here from today (Tuesday).

The conference being arranged by the Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) will kick off at 3.30 pm. Governor Faisal Karim Kundi will be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony while chairperson of the PAL Najiba Arif will be the guest of honour. Various scholars would present their papers about Urdu, Pashto and Hindko literature during the first session. A multi-lingual poetic session would be held as the concluding programme of day one.
