DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Unidentified kidnappers abducted an official of the Irrigation Department from the Gomal Zam Dam site on Wednesday.
Sources said that Sub-Engineer Subhan Tariq Karori of the Irrigation Department was working on the Gomal Zam Dam site when unidentified persons kidnapped him in the Kot Azam area.
Subhan Tariq was a resident of Dera Ismail Khan.
Upon receiving news of the abduction, the security forces and police launched a search operation in the area. However, there was no word on his recovery.
