PESHAWAR: Acting on Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur’s public agenda, Advisor to the chief Minister for Health Ihtisham Ali held e-Khuli Kutchehri to directly address public complaints and gather suggestions related to the department. During the session, he reviewed 450 pre-registered complaints and suggestions aimed at improving the healthcare system.
The session was attended by senior officials, including Director General Health Dr Muhammad Saleem, Additional Secretary Fayyaz Sherpao, Special Secretary Health Habibullah, and others.
During the e-Khuli Kutchehri, the advisor issued directives for the release of one month’s salary for IHP employees and directed immediate implementation of salary disbursement for regularized employees under the Integrated Vector Control Programme.
During the session several complaints related to induction at the Postgraduate Medical Institute, online posting and transfer processes, and service issues at various hospitals were addressed.Additionally, he took notice of several public grievances during the session and instructed relevant authorities to investigate and submit reports on these matters promptly.
