PESHAWAR: The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) and Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to improve the power supply system.
A delegation from the Pesco visited the Centre for Intelligent Systems and Networks Research (CISNR) at the University of UET on Monday. The delegation was briefed about the products developed by CISNR for utility and other sectors.
The Pesco CEO, Engr Akhtar Hamid, was the first to implement the MeteroCure-Photobilling project at Pesco, ensuring its success. The project has now been implemented across all DISCOs, improving billing efficiency and reducing overbilling and underbilling anomalies.
