JI to set up Alkhidmat Aghosh Centre in Battagram

BATTAGRAM: The Jamaat-e-Islam (JI) has decided to establish the Alkhidmat Aghosh Centre over a 12-kanal piece of land in the district to provide care and support to the orphans.

The establishment of the centre will help address the needs of orphans in Battagram. The decision was made during the shura meeting of the JI. The decision was made to provide care and support to the vulnerable sections of the society.

Saeed Malkal, a former Jamaat-e-Islami candidate, highlighted the importance of making collective effort to turn this project into reality. He called for community contribution, urging all and sundry to support the initiative.

He emphasized the collective effort required to bring this project to fruition. “We will execute the project with contributions. It is the need of hour to support the orphans in Battagram,” he said, underscoring the urgency and importance of the initiative.

The local community has expressed gratitude towards Jamaat-e-Islami for this noble cause. Many residents appreciated the decision, recognizing the positive impact such a facility will have on the lives of orphans.

A resident Rizwan Khan appreciated the move and said the centre would give hope and support to children. “We are thankful to Jamaat-e-Islami for recognizing this urgent need.”Adnan Sherazi, a shopkeeper in Battagram, echoed similar sentiments. “The community was concerned about the welfare of the orphans. This initiative shows that Jamaat-e-Islami is committed to making a real difference in our lives.”

Parents like Faheem and Farah Ali are optimistic about the centre’s potential impact. “Knowing that there will be a safe and nurturing environment for orphans is a huge relief. It gives us hope for a better future,” said Faheem.
