PESHAWAR: Rahat Ali Nahaqi Advocate has received a Bar-at-Law degree. The degree was awarded to him at a function arranged by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Presently serving as Assistant Attorney General at the Peshawar High Court, Barrister Rahat has worked as a law officer for different government departments. He is the son of the senior lawyer and academician, Akhtar Ali Nahaqi, and pleads civil and criminal cases.
