PHC transfers 80 judicial officers across KP

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) issued posting and transfer orders for 80 judicial officers across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday.


According to a press release issued by PHC’s Registrar Inam Ullah Wazir, the transfers include Arshad Ali from Haripur to Dargai, Ijaz Mehsud posted at PHC from Mardan court, Aziz Ahmad transferred to Malakand, Adnan Iqbal moved from Abbottabad to Peshawar, and Iram Noreen appointed as Deputy Registrar Legal.

Sareer Shah has been transferred from Takhtbhai to Upper Dir, Syed Furqan moved to Hawalyan, Murtaza Khan posted at DI Khan, Muhammad Ikram at Tangi, Muhammad Waqar, Abdul Qayyum Khan, and Muhammad Anwar transferred to Peshawar, Nazima Shah to Bannu, Tanveer Ahmad and Riaz Ahmad to Swabi, and Zulfiqar Ahmad Khan posted at Chakdarra courts.

Additionally, Jameel Faqir has been transferred to Peshawar from Chitral, Tariq Khan to Battagram, Syed Wajah Ali Shah to Swabi, Muhammad Lateef Shah to Takhti Nasrati, Atta Rafiq to Malakand, Sanam Khalid to Mardan, Khurram Shahzad to Matta, Abdul Kaleem Khan to Karak, Fareena Mehreen to Charsadda, and Kanza Shaukat transferred from Lakki Marwat to Bannu’s courts.

Moreover, Muhammad Haris Nasir has been transferred from Swat to Pahari Pur (DI Khan), Haroon Rasheed to Mansehra, Muhammad Kashif Khan to Swat, Waheed Alam to Swabi, Maryam Atta to Mansehra, Mashal Lateef to Kohat, Khadija Raheem to Mardan, and Atizaz Hassan transferred from DI Khan to Takht-e-Nasrati courts, Karak district.
