The PHC two-member bench comprising Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Wiqas Ahmad ordered the police not to arrest the PTI Member National Assembly from NA-109, Jhang. The counsel for the petitioner earlier told the court that his client had obtained transit bail but still he feared arrest by the police. The court after hearing the case directed the police not to arrest him and asked to appear before the relevant courts.
