NOWSHERA: The 382nd Urs celebrations of Hazrat Kaka Sahib concluded here on Sunday. A ceremony was arranged where the cover at the shrine was changed.
Caretaker Minister for Information Mian Feroze Jamal Shah Kakakhel performed the Ghilaf (cover) changing ceremony which has remained a tradition for centuries.
