MARDAN: Commissioner of Mardan Division, Shaukat Ali Yousafzai, on Monday congratulated the newly elected office-bearers of the Mardan Press Club and said journalism held much significance being the fourth pillar of the state.
He acknowledged the role of media in highlighting social issues and pledged the government’s cooperation to journalists to provide authentic information to the public.The official assured them of the administration’s support in addressing the club’s problems.
