The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has made functional five cybernetic (dancing) water fountains installed in different areas of the federal capital. Initially, dancing water fountains installed at Zero Point, Shaheen Chowk, PTCL Chowk and Zoo Chowk have completely been made functional.
The fountains are adding to the beauty of landscapes in addition to lending a pleasing atmosphere in the vicinities where they have been installed. Furthermore, the tranquil sounds produced by fountains permit relaxation and provide an eye catching view to the visitors, visiting these fountains.
These fountains have a range of laser lights that set up against water particles and after refraction of light, a three-dimensional image is created. These fountains have in-built pressurised water jets and shooters which make them seem as if the water was dancing in the air.
In addition to the installation of cybernetic fountains, different busy intersections of the city are also being decorated with colourful lights. In this connection, Initially, F-10 roundabout has been decorated with lights of different colours which gives an amazing and fascinating view to the residents using the avenue.
Moreover, to further boost the beauty of the city, CDA has also introduced flowers towers in the federal capital and in this regard colourful flower towers have been installed on all major avenues, intersections and entry points, which has remarkably added to the beauty of the city. Furthermore, landscapes along the major avenues and at major intersections is also being revitalised to restore the natural beauty of the city.
The CDA spokesman said that Environment Wing of the authority has been directed not only to install decorative fixtures in strategic public locations but also carry out landscape in the green belts along major avenues.
