MQM Dallas chapter hosts Milad

Dallas: Muttahida Qaumi Movement hosted a Milad and Mushaira here in Dallas on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, prominent Shia scholar Allama Irtiza Naqvi said he said that Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) gave prominent position to Hazrat Bilal to recognize the dignity of a human life, and to establish that all humans are equal.

Dallas: Muttahida Qaumi Movement hosted a Milad and Mushaira here in Dallas on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, prominent Shia scholar Allama Irtiza Naqvi said he said that Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) gave prominent position to Hazrat Bilal to recognize the dignity of a human life, and to establish that all humans are equal.

He said that the birth of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is the biggest gift of God to the humankind.

Community activist Mike Ghouse, while addressing the gathering, said that those who use violence against others are not followers of Islam but they have their own agenda.

He said these a few miscreants were trying to provoke Muslims by drawing insulting cartoons, but “we should ignore these hate mongers and don’t pay attention to their provocative action”.

Dallas’s famous poet Younus Ajaz and other poets presented their hymns in the admiration of prophet Mohamad (PBUH). Alam Shahab, Navaid Khan, Naushad Rizvi, Adnan Jaffery, Rixvi,Joosh Lakhnawi and Ameera Qasmi, Amina Khan, and others recited naats. On this occasion, MQM Dallas unit in charge Baji Naseem Sahar welcomed the audience.

Program was conducted by Aal e Ali. A sumptuous dinner was also served to the participants. A large number of men and women of Dallas Fort Worth participated in the event.
