Woman dies in roof collapse

Karachi
A woman died in Liaquatabad area on Monday when the roof of her residence collapsed.
The deceased was identified as Sajida, 30, a resident of House no E/7 in Liaquatabad’s C-1 area. She had been sleeping when the roof of her house collapsed and she was buried by the rubble.
The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Body found
Meanwhile, the decomposed body of an unidentified man whose age appeared to be around 25 years was found floating in the sea, within the remit of Ibrahim Hyderi police station.
One of the fishermen saw the body and informed the police who arrived at the scene and shifted it to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre.
The police suspect the deceased was one of the three fishermen who had drowned when their boat sank on Friday.
They said the rescue teams had rescued one fisherman and brought back one body while one had remained missing.
