JUI-F leader isolates himself after testing positive for Covid-19
MANSEHRA: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Maulana Shah Abdul Aziz has quarantined himself at his residence after testing positive for Covid-19.
Abdul Aziz, who had contested the last general election from PK-34, is son of the renowned religious scholar and JUI-F leader Syed Ghulam Nabi Shah.
Hidayatullah Shah, the provincial executive body member of JUI-F, told reporters that Maulana Shah Abdul Aziz, who also runs a seminary, returned home from Quetta some three days back. “We have adopted the precautionary measures as per government instructions to contain the spread of Covid-19. Maulana Abdul Aziz is feeling healthy but has quarantined at his residence,” said Shah. He said the country could batter cope with Covid-19 emergency by removing fear among the people and urging them to adopt precautionary measures.
