British HC meets CDA chairman

Islamabad : A meeting was held between Dr. Christian Turner, High commissioner of United Kingdom and Amer Ali Ahmed, chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) at CDA headquarters, on Friday, says a press release.
Matters of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting. It was resolved that the British High Commission and CDA will explore more avenues of cooperation. The High Commissioner acknowledged the recent campaigns of CDA for uplift of green areas in Islamabad.
CDA chairman thanked the High Commissioner for his support and appreciated his particular interest in preservation of environment.
