PNS Rah-Naward conducts cruise to show solidarity with Kashmir cause
KARACHI: PNS Rah Naward, the only tall ship of Pakistan Navy, conducted cruise as decorated with Kashmiri flags and posters to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir to exhibit support for their struggle for freedom against the Indian atrocities.
The students from Bahria College Karachi chanted the national songs along with the Navy’s band to say a bid of farewell to the ship.
While transiting through sea, the PN fleet units conducted men and cheer ship to show cohesion and friendship with Kashimiri brothers. Captain Shahid Rafique, Commander 21st Auxiliary Squadron, briefed the media persons regarding the PN efforts to highlight Kashmir issue at national and international pedestal through naval diplomacy.
Captain Shahid Rafique informed the audience that the Chief of the Naval staff, Admiral Zafar Mehmood Abbasi kept highlighting Pakistan’s position on Kashmir and various occasions, he also reiterated that Pakistan would support Kashmiri’s struggle on moral, diplomatic and legal grounds. He said the Chief has emphasised the world to must support the Kashmiris’ rights to self determination.
