This refers to the letters, ‘Mismanaged Sindh’ (May 5) by Hashim Abro and Emes Hasan. Both writers have conveyed concern over the poor state of governance, and the level of corruption in Sindh. They have also lamented the abject poverty and misery in rural Sindh.
It is people who themselves are to be blamed for this. Each time they have voted in the feudal-based PPP despite the fact that the party has been unable to deliver. The people, especially the younger generation, have to change their mindset and use their vote wisely. Change has to come but the question is: are people ready to liberate themselves and throw away the shackles of bondage?
