LAHORE: The National Data Consultants (NDC) signed an agreement with Enjaz Capital Islamic Microfinance Bank (ECIMB), for the implementation of T24 Banking Software and Temenos Mobile Banking Solution, a statement issued Monday said.
The NDC is the only business partner of Temenos in Pakistan and a leading provider of IT solutions for the banking and financial sector in the Middle East and Africa region.
According to a spokesperson of the NDC, a formal agreement was signed between the Middle-East based institution, Enjaz Capital Islamic Microfinance Bank and NDC for the timely execution of T24 R14 banking system.
As part of the implementation, the Temenos solution will fulfil the requirement of a state-of-the-art, cost-effective, Core-Banking System (CBS). The T24 banking software will seamlessly support Shariah-compliant lending and deposit-taking activities while accompanying perspective growth and product diversification.
NDC Chairman and founder Behram Ahmed said that the NDC offers unmatched expertise in the implementation of the T24 core-banking solution, and this agreement will help Enjaz Capital to establish a sophisticated network in the Middle-East region.
Enjaz Capital is financed by German Investors (Finance in Motion) for the implementation of T24 R14 Banking Software and Temenos Mobile Banking Solution – ECIMB is a new Greenfield bank with a vision to become a leader in providing focused financial and non-financial services to the owners of small and micro enterprises.
NDC’s presence in Pakistan is lauded by their clients like State Bank of Pakistan, Meezan Bank, Alfalah Bank, NIB Bank, JS Bank, Waseela Microfinance Bank, Silk Bank, and Habib Bank Ltd. All these banks are currently operating on Temenos technology.
