The Punjab government is relentless in its resolve to enlighten the people of the province through the magical powers of knowledge. The Punjab CM has initiated a project of ‘mobile libraries’.
At present the habit of book reading is almost non-existent in Pakistan, especially among our youth. Its reason is obvious as most of the hours our youth remains glued to modern means of communication. When launching this highly-prized project, it is mandatory that equal opportunities should be provided to the privileged and the under-privileged to get maximum benefits of the plan. As it is impossible for lower-income groups to purchase books on their own, this mobile library project will be a blessing in disguise for them.
