Varioline Intercool goes public

KARACHI: Varioline Intercool, a leading player in Pakistan’s commercial refrigeration and cold chain industry, has transitioned into a public limited company after nearly three decades of operations.

Now operating as Varioline Intercool Pakistan Ltd, the company said the move reflects its commitment to stronger corporate governance, transparency and growth.

“This transformation enhances our standing and strengthens confidence in Pakistan’s business ecosystem,” said Mukarram Jamil, a board representative.

Founded in 1995, Varioline supplies refrigeration and cold chain solutions to major FMCG, dairy and beverage companies and plans to scale exports and boost investment in R&D under its new structure.
