Kidnapped Hindu trader recovered from Balochistan’s Naseerabad
Police received information that unidentified kidnappers were trying to move abducted trader to another location

QUETTA: An abducted Hindu trader, Sateel Das, was recovered by the Naseerabad police after an exchange of fire with kidnappers in Chhattar area of the district.
According to SSP Naseerabad, the police received information that unidentified kidnappers were trying to move the abducted trader to another location. Acting on the tip, the police conducted a raid in Chhattar area. Upon seeing the police, the suspects opened fire and an encounter ensued, however, the suspects managed to flee under the cover of darkness. The police, however, safely recovered Sateel Das. A search operation was under way to arrest the fleeing kidnappers.
