Pakistan blessed with best army of world: Salman
LAHORE : Provincial Minister for Health and Emergency Services Punjab Khawaja Salman Rafique said that Pakistan has been blessed with best army of the world. Our forces fought with bravery on all fronts and ultimately emerged as winner against the enemy. The entire nation extended every possible support to Pakistan armed forces in this difficult time, he added.
He expressed these views while addressing a meeting at the Rescue Headquarters on Saturday.
Parliamentary Secretary Zia ullah Shah and Secretary Emergency Services Department Punjab Dr Rizwan Naseer were also present. The Secretary Emergency Services gave a briefing in the meeting. All district emergency officers participated in the meeting through video link.
Provincial Minister for Health and Emergency Services Punjab Khawaja Salman Rafique, while expressing his views, paid tribute to the services of the rescue in the current situation in the country. “Our rescuers provided relief services as soon as they received information, without caring for their lives. Mock rescue exercises were also conducted on the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. Pakistan’s highly professional forces have given a befitting reply to India’s aggression”.
Parliamentary Secretary Ziaullah Shah appreciated the rescue services and said, “We should always be ready to respond to the enemy in the future”.
Secretary Emergency Services Department Punjab Dr Rizwan Naseer said that the Punjab Emergency Service, Rescue 1122 is on high alert and is providing training to the people.
