CDA decides to collect development charges from allottees

Islamabad:The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to collect development charges from allottees of various developing and under-developed residential sectors of Islamabad.
A notification issued with signatures of Director Land and Rehabilitation, Sania Hameed Pasha on May 7 says that the development charges at the rate of Rs9,000 square yards, would be collected from allottees of under-developed sectors C-13, C-14, C-15, C-16, C-17, I-11, I-12, I-14, I-15. The decision to collect development charges in instalments has been taken in the light of CDA board decision taken at its meeting on August 13, 2024.
