UET convocation on April 14

LAHORE:The 31st convocation of University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore will be held on 14th April.

In this regard, a meeting, chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Shahid Munir, was held here Tuesday to review and finalise measures taken to organise 31st convocation. Punjab Governor & Chancellor Sardar Saleem Haider will preside over the convocation.

Under 7 different faculties students would get their degrees, and 46 students would get 71 Gold Medals. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Shahid Munir said, 'Students should submit their projects on time so that they would be provided with degrees on time.' He also emphasised teachers to submit results timely to avoid any kind of delay in provision of degrees to students.
