LAHORE : An exhibition of arts prints by artist Dr Ajaz Anwar has opened at Coopera Art Gallery, a unit of PWCS, on Saturday.
Several paintings of Dr Ajaz, who is a gold medalist and recipient of Pride of Performance, were on display featuring diversity of life.
He mainly paints old city of Lahore in water colour medium capturing heritage and cultural life.
This is the first solo exhibition of his paintings.
Opening the exhibition, Iftikhar ul Haq, an engineer, praised his work. The artist also displayed his books and greeting cards in the exhibition, which provided an opportunity to see his all artwork under one roof. A large number of artists, art lovers and students viewed his paintings. The exhibition will be open for the public till February 27, 2025 from 10.30am to 6.00pm.
