Bilawal attends breakfast hosted by Trump
Prayer breakfast ceremony takes place in Washington at 7:00am
WASHINGTON: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has attended US President Donald Trump’s National Prayer Breakfast.
The prayer breakfast ceremony took place in Washington at 7:00am. The ceremony lasted until about 2pm local time. Prominent personalities from all over the world were invited.
Bilawal Bhutto attended US President Donald Trump’s Prayer Breakfast when his father and Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari met his counterpart in China, Xi Jinping, in the Great Hall and said, “We are allies of China first, then of anyone else.”
Two of Pakistan’s top leaders have attended meetings of the heads of state of two world powers around the same time. And so Bilawal Bhutto, who is not part of the government, has appeared fully active on the diplomatic front. Bilawal Bhutto arrived in the US on Monday to attend the breakfast.
Several National Prayer and Faith ceremonies are being held in the US this week, in which US President Trump and Vice President J D Vance will participate, but this is the first time that Bilawal Bhutto has attended a ceremony hosted by President Trump.
