Turkish industry has bright prospects in health sector
LAHORE:Minister for Primary and Secondary Healthcare Khawaja Imran Nazir has said there are bright prospects for the Turkish Derma and nutraceutical industry in Pakistan.
"The investment by Turkish Biota Labs in the health sector in Punjab will create thousands of job opportunities for pharmacists and others. In Pakistan, quality products will be produced by utilising the expertise, quality, and new technology of the Turkish derma industry," he said. The mutual partnership between Biota Labs and Isra Derma Industry will make quality medicine available to the public. Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir, while addressing the second global business summit of Turkiye Biota Labs under the auspices of Pakistani brand Asra Derma as the special guest, said the investment of Turkish companies in our country will further stabilise the national economy.
Khawaja Imran Nazir said that the investment of foreign companies in the medicine sector will help in preventing counterfeit medicines. The provincial health minister said that the local nutra and derma industry plays an important role in the stability of Pakistan’s economy. The provincial health minister thanked the Turkish Consul General Ali Erbaz and CEO of Biota Labs Cihat Dundar for coming to the conference.
