32 Inland Revenue officers transferred

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred 32 officers of the Inland Revenue Service (BS-19-20), which will become effective immediately.

According to the announcement, Muhammad Khalid Malik has been transferred from Chief (BTB), FBR HQs Islamabad to Commissioner Zone-V, Corporate Tax Office Lahore, while Seema Ejaz has been transferred from Commissioner Zone-III, Large Taxpayers Office, Zone-II, Lahore, to Large Taxpayers Office Multan.

Khaliq Farooq Mian has been given additional charge in Zone-II, Regional Tax Office II Karachi, and Lal Muhammad Khan has been posted as Commissioner Zone-I, Corporate Tax Office Lahore.

Similarly, Adnan Ahmad Khan has been posted as Zone-III, Corporate Tax Office Islamabad, while Muhammad Faisal Mushtaq Dar has been posted as Commissioner WHT, Regional Tax Office Sialkot.

Fauzia Adil has been posted as Commissioner (Refunds), Major Taxpayers Office in Multan and Syed Bahadur Ali has been posted in Zone-II, Regional Tax Office II Karachi.

Tariq Hussain Sheikh has been posted as Chief (Admin Pool) at FBR HQ Islamabad, and Muhammad Bilal Malik has been posted as Commissioner (Refunds), Regional Tax Office Lahore.

Iram Shabbir has been posted as Director, Directorate of Internal Audit (Inland Revenue), Lahore, while Waqas Aslam has been posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue Benami Zone-I Islamabad. Ziaullah Khan has been posted as Commissioner (Refunds), Regional Tax Office Faisalabad and Asif Rashid has been posted as Director, Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore.

Imran Hai Khan has been posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue Appeals, Sahiwal, and Faisal Asghar has been posted as Director, Directorate of Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs), Islamabad.

Riaz Mohammad has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) Gujarat Zone, Regional Tax Office Sialkot and Dr Saqib Ahmed Khan has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) Corporate Zone, Regional Tax Office Faisalabad.

Mohammad Aslam Jamro has been posted as Secretary, (Admin Pool) FBR HQ Islamabad, and Aamir Rehman has been posted as Chief (OPS), FBR Reforms and Modernization Wing Islamabad.

Bushra Jaffer has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) Refunds, Regional Tax Office Sahiwal, and Abdul Razzaq Khan has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) Zone-III, Major Tax Payers Office Multan.

Muhammad Matiur Rahman Mumtaz has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) Zone-III, Large Taxpayers Office Lahore, while Ali Adnan Zaidi has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) Zone-V, Regional Tax Office Lahore.

Nawal Sheikh has been posted as Secretary, (Admin Pool) FBR HQs Islamabad, and Rabia Shah has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) Special Zone for Builders and Developers, Regional Tax Office Islamabad.

Mohammad Amin Qureshi has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) Zone-IV, Corporate Tax Office Lahore, while Shahzad Mehmood has been posted as Commissioner (OPS) WHT, Regional Tax Office Multan.

Ali Muhammad has been posted as Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office Lahore and Muhammad Ali has been posted as Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office Peshawar.

Ajmal Khan has been posted as Additional Director, Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore, and Muhammad Waqas Tarar has been appointed as Additional Director.

All officers are directed to take charge of their offices immediately and inform the FBR of change of charge.

Further, the officers who were getting performance allowance will continue to enjoy the allowance at the new places of posting.
