Islamabad : Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF), Ministry of Housing and Works offered for auction six commercial shops and G-11 flat located in PHA Residency, I-16/3 here, out of which six shops were auctioned, says a press release.
The total value of the auction of six shops and one flat were auctioned, which benefited the PHA by millions of rupees. This public auction was held yesterday at Hotel Melody. A large number of investors attended the event and expressed their interest in investing in shops. On this occasion, six shops and flats were auctioned and many others expressed their willingness to buy shops and flats in the future, which is a good thing. The auction was supervised by Adnan Diyar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Works, while other committee members included Director Estate, Director Finance and Director Admin.
Chief Executive Officer Pakistan Housing Foundation Shahid Hussain, while expressing his views at the event, praised the arrangements and efforts of the PHA Foundation administration and officers for the successful public auction and expressed his satisfaction and happiness over the excellent organisation of the event. It should be noted that the committee has taken effective steps to make the public auction transparent, due to which investors actively participated in the bidding and got the shops and flats of their choice.
