Website launched for National Meteorology Institute

ISLAMABAD: On the instructions of Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Meteorology Institute of Pakistan (NMIP) has launched its website, which will be linked with the website of the Ministry of Science and Technology, according to sources.

Director General Dr Zaheer Hussain has resolved the stalled issues of the institution within a week of assuming charge. He also instructed to prepare PC-1 for the upgradation of the institution so that the machinery of institution can be upgraded and new machinery can be installed according to modern requirements. Director General Dr. Zaheer Hussain regarding the website said that in the current digital era, the website is the face of any organisation.
