Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Sindh minister for energy, planning & development, visited the National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), said a statement on Saturday.
He was accompanied by Major (retd) Jawad Anjum, CEO NRTC Energies, and was received by Brigadier Muhammad Asim Ishaque, managing director.
During his visit, the minister was given a comprehensive presentation. Following the presentation, the minister toured NRTC facilities, where he witnessed demonstrations of equipment in various departments and laboratories.
The visit highlighted the NRTC’s commitment to innovation, quality, and collaboration, reinforcing its position as a leader in the telecommunications industry.
The minister lauded NRTC Energies efforts for bringing and introducing new products and innovative products to address current energy challenges.
He remarked, “I am highly impressed by the advanced technologies and the level of innovation at NRTC. Their dedication to maintaining high-quality standards and fostering industry-academia collaboration is commendable. This institution is undoubtedly a cornerstone in our journey towards technological advancement and self-reliance.” On this occasion, solarization and a mini-wind turbine system were also discussed.
