Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex has offered a rare glimpse into his family life.

During his appearance on former rugby star Joe Marler's Joe Marler Will See You Now podcast, Harry revealed that his kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, who he shares with wife Meghan Markle have taught him to bounce back from challenges by simply getting up after every fall.

When Joe shared about his kids that they've "taught me to be more resilient in the sense of their ability to fall down, hurt themselves, and then move on. It's like a next job mentality that they've got," Harry agreed, saying, "Yes, I think you're absolutely right."

"And also, kids remind you not to take yourself too seriously as well," the Prince added.

Furthermore, the youngest son of King Charles said, "But I think yes, the resilience of kids is amazing, and the way that they view life is so incredibly refreshing."

"If a day is hard, one thing I will do is always squeeze my kids that extra extra tight," he noted.

It is pertinent to mention that Prince Harry also spoke about Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet during a recent visit to the U.K. for engagements marking the one-year countdown to the 2027 Invictus Games in Birmingham. He shared at the time that his kids are among the people who help lift his spirits when he's having a difficult day.
