King Charles makes clear ‘negotiation’ is not on table with Prince Harry
King Charles accepted Prince Harry’s olive branch due to compassion for grandkids
King Charles has seemingly stood firm on his stance days after meeting Prince Harry and his kids.
His Majesty, who invited Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to Hydro house last week, did so in order to reconnect with his grandchildren rather than surrendering to the demands of the Sussexes.
Expert Rob Shuter, as quoted by Sky News Australia: "This wasn’t a surrender - it was a grandfather wanting to see his grandchildren. People are confusing compassion with capitulation."
Speaking further of the fact how the Buckingham Palace did not release photos form the meet-up, the expert adds: "The fact that there wasn’t tells you everything you need to know. The institution didn’t blink. Charles acted as a father and a grandfather, not as the head of the monarchy negotiating terms."
Prince Harry left the Royal Family back in 2020 alongside wife Meghan Markle and son, Prince Archie. The couple later accused the Royal Family of showcasing racism towards their son and publicly shared their grievances on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
