PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi on Friday expressed concern over the law and order situation in the province, including southern districts.
“The deteriorating law and order situation in the province, particularly southern districts, is a matter of concern. Along with government and security forces, the people, including youth, should play their role in the improvement of law and order,” the governor said while talking to a delegation of the elders from the Domel area in Bannu.
Kundi added that the law and order situation had affected the economy and business in the province. “I will play my role in honouring commitments made by the government with the people ahead of the merger of tribal districts with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” he added.
