President has summoned 6th session of 16th National Assembly of Pakistan under Article 54 (1) of Constitution

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned the National Assembly session to meet at the Parliament House at 5 pm on June 06 (today).
The president has summoned the 6th session of the 16th National Assembly of Pakistan under Article 54 (1) of the Constitution.
Finance Minister Muhammad Aurengzeb will present the federal budget for the financial year 2024-25 in the middle of the next week, most probably on June 12.
The National Assembly is most likely to pass the finance bill, 2024 (budget) after break of Eid holidays.
