PTI chief whip meets NA speaker for allotment of lodges
PTI nominated Malik Aamir Dogar as chief whip few days ago and it was courtesy call on NA Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf
ISLAMABAD: Malik Amir Dogar, who was nominated as chief whip of the PTI, Friday held meeting with Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf on Friday at the Speaker residence.
The main purpose of Aamir Dogar’s meeting was to discuss the issues related to parliamentary lodges that would be allocated to the elected members after the oath taking.
The PTI had nominated Malik Aamir Dogar as chief whip a few days ago and it was a courtesy call on NA Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf.
During the meeting, Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani also came to residence of Speaker National Assembly.
When contacted Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, he told The News that Malik Amir Dogar along with a few MNAs met him for allotment of Parliament lodges. “My doors are open for all the elected members of the house to facilitate them being a custodian of House,” he said.
