The provincial minister shared his personal experiences, emphasizing that he learned more outside the classrooms, sitting with poets and literary figures. He applauded the various initiatives undertaken by the Arts Council, underscoring that financial status or occupation should not be barriers to success. He urged the students to break the limitations, emphasizing that with bright minds they can overcome obstacles and make a significant impact globally.
