Onion 2 medium
Garlic cloves 3-4
Ginger (sliced) 2-inch piece
Dried red chillies 4-5
Desiccated coconut 2 tbs
Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste
Chicken (mix pieces) 500g
Lemon juice 3 tbs
Charcoal for smoke
Yoghurt ½ cup
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander seeds (roasted and crushed) ½ tbs
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 1 tbs
Cooking oil ¼ cup
Water ½ cup or as required
Fresh coriander (chopped) for garnish
* In a mortar and pestle, add onion, garlic, ginger, dried red chillies, desiccated coconut, salt, crush well to a fine paste and set aside (spice mill/grinder can also be used).
* In a bowl, add chicken, lemon juice, crushed mixture and mix well, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
* Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
* In a bowl, add yoghurt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and turmeric powder, coriander seeds, cumin powder, and tandoori masala. Whisk well and set aside.
* In a wok, add cooking oil, marinated chicken. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
* Add spiced yoghurt, mix well and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
* Add water, mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes and stir in between.
* Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve with Naan!

Cream 1 cup (room temperature)
Egg yolks 4
Milk 1 cup
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Semi-sweet dark chocolate (grated) 180g
Chocolate (grated) 1 cup
Cream
* In a saucepan, add cream, egg yolks, milk, vanilla essence, salt and whisk well.
* Turn on the flame and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
* Add instant coffee, semi sweetened dark chocolate, turn off the flame and blend well then strain with the help of strainer.
* Pour mixture in serving cups and refrigerate until set (4-6 hours).
* In a bowl, add chocolate and microwave for 1 minute then mix well until smooth.
* Pour melted chocolate in a small plastic/disposable cup, remove excess chocolate and refrigerate until set (1-2 minutes) then repeat chocolate coating, remove excess and refrigerate until set.
* Now carefully cut the sides of plastic cup and remove the chocolate cup.
* In the chocolate cup, add cream and garnish on top of prepared chocolate cream pots and serve chilled!
