The SRK of today has shifted focus to adopt a more mature avatar and rightfully so since he can’t play a young lover anymore. That said, we finally saw a glimpse of the old SRK in the trailer of the upcoming Imtiaz Ali film, Jab Harry Met Sejal and it is reminiscent of the good old days. The film looks like a fun rom-com plus SRK is great at being funny and charming and he and Anushka Sharma make a great pair which we’ve already witnessed in the aforementioned film, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.
Add Imtiaz Ali to the mix and one can be sure that SRK’s return to rom-coms will be an intelligent and well directed one. The film has released two mini trailers that give us a glimpse into SRK’s character, quite literally. In the trailer, he is seen admitting his “bad character” to Sharma and we’re looking forward to seeing how SRK portrays this in the film.
